PURPOSE:To move an under carpet cable without reinstallation by leaking an input signal received or inputted from an antenna or a converter into a room from a leakage cable and receiving the signal through an antenna fitted to a receiver. CONSTITUTION:The antenna 7 or the converter 8 is connected to a terminal of the flat leakage cable 3, the input signal received or inputted by the antenna 7 or the converter 8 is leaked into the room from the leakage cable 3 and received by the antenna 10 fitted to the receiver 9 such as a TV receiver. The receiver 9 and the leakage cable 3 are connected indirectly through the antenna 10. As the flat leakage cable 3, it should be made as thin as possible because the cable is installed on the floor, that is, under the carpet.
