METHOD FOR COLORING ALUMINUM SECTION

PURPOSE:To color an Al section by baking a fluororesin paint contg. a pigment for coloring on the section after a transparent resin layer is removed from the surface. CONSTITUTION:A product 1 obtd. by forming an anodic oxide film 3 on the surface of an Al section 2 and a transparent resin layer 4 on the film 3 is polished to finely crack the film 3 as well as to remove the layer 4. The polished product 1A is washed to remove produced fine resin powder. After the product 1A is dried, a fluororesin paint 5A contg. a pigment is applied to the film 3 and baked in a baking kiln to form a fluororesin paint layer 5.
