<p>PURPOSE:To improve recording characteristic, extrusion and preservation stability, etc., by using an aqueous ink employing respective specific dyes in yellow, magenta, cyan and black inks for forming color images by an ink jet method. CONSTITUTION:Color images are formed by using an aqueous ink employing (A) a dye expressed by formula I (R is H, lower alkyl, etc.; X is acetyl, etc.; M iis alkali metal, ammonium, etc.; l is 0-2; m and n are 0 or 1) in magenta ink, (B) a dye expressed by formula II (Q is -NHCONH- bond, etc.; X1 and X2 are H or phenyl substituted by -SO3M, etc.; R is methyl, etc.) in yellow ink, (C) a dye expressed by formula III (m is 1-4; n is 0-3) in cyan ink and (D) a dye expressed by formula IV or V (R1 is H or phenyl substituted by -SO3M, etc., R2 is H or a group expressed by formula VI; R3 and R4 are lower alkyl, etc.; n is 0 or 1) in black ink by an ink jet method.</p> |
