PURPOSE:To enable the proper grinding of an entire material surface, apply a cyclic system and keep good working environment by providing a turntable within the grinding chamber of a box structure for free turning in a horizontal level, a plurality of work tables concentric therewith for free turning in a horizontal level and arranging a suitable number of rotary brush grinding devices on the overhead part of said chamber and connecting the chamber to a dust collecting device. CONSTITUTION:A turntable 10 and a plurality of work tables 18 concentric therewith are so arranged in a grinding chamber 2 within a box structure 1 as to be capable of turning freely in a horizontal level. And a suitable number of brush grinding devices 36 with a rotary brush 60 for grinding on the overhead part thereof is arranged and the grinding chamber 2 is connected to a dust collecting device 8. Therefore, a grinding station turns while rotating and passes through a series of processes, thereby grinding the entire surface of a material properly and enabling grinding work very efficiently and in a short time. Also, the subject machine is made cyclic type and can be mounted or dismantled at one position conveniently, dusts generated in the chamber 2 are removed through suction and good working environment can be maintained. |
