PURPOSE:To enable a communication between a communication satellite and the ground by stopping an antenna driving signal by a level detecting circuit and fixing the direction of an antenna if a beacon level signal is absent. CONSTITUTION:The device consisting of a beacon receiving device 1, an antenna tracking device 4, an antenna driving device 5, a parabolic antenna 6, etc., is provided with the level detecting circuit 2 which monitors a beacon level. Then, even if the beacon level signal BLS is absent owing to the trouble of the receiving device 1, the detecting circuit 2 detects that and inputs a level drop signal LIS to the tracking device 4 when the level drops below a reference value, thereby generating neither of antenna driving signals X and Y to the driving device 5. The antenna 6 is therefore fixed and never displaced from the direction of the communication satellite, thereby enabling the mutual communication with the ground.
