PURPOSE:To quickly recombine a housing in short time by providing the beam suspending a new and old roll housings ascendably and descendably individually respectively on a free traveling truck. CONSTITUTION:Two beams 22 are individually provided ascendably and descendably on the free traveling truck 16 at right angles with the pipe longitudinal direction. In case of the housing recombination, a new housing 2 is suspended on the beam 22 at the left side of the truck 16. The coupling 12, 15 of the housing 2 to be changed are separated and placed on a base 1. The prescribed coupling fixture is then performed by placing the new housing 2 by moving it on the base 1 as well as by suspending the old housing 2 on the vacant beam 22 by moving said truck 16 to the right side. Thereafter the truck 16 is moved to the original position. In this way the housing 2 cam be recombined in short time.
