PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration with lapse of time in cream solder by adding a nonionic surface active agent to the cream solder consisting of powder solder and pasty flux. CONSTITUTION:The nonionic surface active agent such as polyoxyethylene alkylether or polyoxyethylene alkylthioether is added and kneaded at a ratio of 0.01-90wt% to and with the cream solder at the time of preparing the cream solder by mixing the pasty flux consisting of a resin, thixotropic agent, activator and solvent with the powder solder. Screen plating and discharging from a dispenser are made possible without an increase of the viscosity of the cream solder with lapse of time or generation of such a change as crumbling by the addition of said nonionic surface active agent and therefore, the reliability of the cream solder is improved.
