PURPOSE:To enable respective closing valves to be adjusted easily with simple construction, by providing respective pinions being different from each other in diameters for the respective closing valves which are provided for two sub exhaust passages, and engaging the respective pinions with respective teeth portions of a rack which is arranged parallel to the connecting line of the respective closing valves. CONSTITUTION:The first and second sub exhaust passages 6a, 6b are formed on the right and left sides of a main exhaust passage 5, and the front ends of these exhaust passages 6a, 6b are made respectively able to be opened and closed to the main exhaust passage 5 via the first and second closing valves 7a, 7b. And these closing valves 7a, 7b are provided integrally and coaxially with the first and second pinions 14a, 14b which are different from each other in diameters. Then, a rack 10 which is parallel to the connecting line of the center lines of the closing valves 7a, 7b is provided in a cylinder block 2, and the first and second teeth portions 17a, 17b which are engaged with the pinions 14a, 14b are formed on the rack. Thus, the rack 10 is moved, so that the closing valves 7a, 7b are rotated simultaneously with different angles.
