<p>The desired structures are produced on the surface by means of masks, coatings or other covering means, the objects thus treated are exposed in a glow discharge zone to the action of reactive, halogen-containing gases, the covering means is removed after the end of the action, the objects are metallised by known physical methods and, after this metallisation, the objects are transferred for producing the desired structures into water or aqueous solutions of complex formers, acids, alkalis or materials which dissolve the metal halide compound formed.</p> |
