PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in film quality by subjecting a photosensitive material to imagewise exposing then processing said material with a color developing soln. contg. no benzyl alcohol and subjecting the material to a bleach fixing process then processing the material with a final rinsing bath contg. >=500ppm salt concn. CONSTITUTION:The color photographic sensitive material contg. at least one layer of silver halide emulsion layer on a reflective base is subjected to imagewise exposing and is then processed with the color developing agent contg. substantially on benzyl alcohol; thereafter the material is subjected to the bleach fixing process and is processed with the final rinsing bath contg. >=500ppm salt concn. The processing time of the bleach fixing bath is <=1min and the rinsing time is <=2min. The material is dried at >=60 deg.C after processing with the final rinsing bath. The color developing soln. contg. substantially no benzyl alcohol refers to the soln. contg. the benzyl alcohol at preferably <=2ml/l, more preferably at <=0.5ml/l concn. and refers most preferably to the soln. which contains no benzyl alcohol at all. The deterioration in the film quality is thereby obviated and the color image having good image quality is obtd. |
