BIAS SUPERPOSING DEVICE FOR MICROSTRIP LINE

PURPOSE:To obtain a bias superposing device having high effect for suppression of passing loss by connecting a linear conductor between a microstrip line and a bias superposing terminal and also providing plural bypass capacitors doubling supporters between the middle of the linear conductor and an earth conductor. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed position of a microstrip line 4b is connected to a bias terminal 6c via a bypass circuit 6 consisting of a liner conductor 6a including superfine wires and plural bypass capacitors 6b. Then an upper shielding cover 7 containing a slit groove 7b having a rectangular section and enclosing the conductor 7a as well as a slit groove 7a also having a rectangular section and the width corresponding to a dielectric substrate 3 is fixed onto the upper surface of a reinforcement carrier 1. In addition, the conductor 7a is supported by the capacitors 6b so that the conductor 6a is set at the center of the groove 7b. While the conductor 6a is connected to an earth conductor 2 via plural capacitors 6b.
