PURPOSE:To make vibrations in an extensive working revolution range reducible as well as to aim at the secureness of safety, by making a field balancing correction so as to be carried out with both ends of a bobbin holder part and the balancing correction plane installed in a holder shaft end. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin holder 1 is rotated in the state that nothing is attached to each of correction planes A, B and C and vibrations at both X and Y points at time of a constant revolution are measured, then the correction plane A is rotated after attaching a weight known of its weight to one spot among eight spots of a tap 10a, whereby these vibrations at both X and Y points are measured with the same revolution at the time of measuring the vibrations in the state that nothing is attached. Next, the weight on the plane A is removed, a weight known of its weight is attached to the plane B, measuring the vibrations in the same procedure, and afterward vibration at the time of attaching the weight to the plane C are measure in the same way. From these vibration data, a variation degree in vibrations due to addition of the weight, namely an influence coefficient matrix is calculated by a computer, and with this matrix, optimum correction value and phase on each of these correction planes A-C minimizing these vibrations of X and Y points are calculated.
