PURPOSE:To simplify operations in adjustment by detecting a tension of magnet wire so as to control a rotational speed of flyer and by detecting a position of moving frame so as to make the center of rotation coincide with said position. CONSTITUTION:The coil-winding apparatus is so constituted as to pass a magnet wire 2 taken out from a wire bobbin 1 through a hollow spindle 5 for driving a flyer 4 and to take out the wire from a nozzle 4a to clamp it to the coil bobbin 30 side. The spindle 5 is rotationally driven by a servomotor 21. In this apparatus, there is provided a rotation-controlling device 29 consisting of a tension detector 23 for the magnet wire 2, a comparator 25, an amplifier 27 and other to control a rotational speed of the flyer 4 so that it will be decreased with the increase of a tension of the wire 2. Also, the coil bobbin 30 is formed of a fixed frame 32 and a moving frame 33 on a base plate 31, there is provided a bobbin-moving device 45 consisting of a comparator 42, an amplifier 43 and others and the coil bobbin 30 is moved so that its center coincides with a center of rotation of the flyer 4.
