PURPOSE:To drive the titled stepping motor with a low voltage and to use the motor also as an inexpensive lens driver by molding a lens holding cylinder unitedly with a magnetized york. CONSTITUTION:The lens holding cylinder 3 for holding a focusing lens 1 in its inner diameter part by a press ring 2 forms the magnetized york 3a on its rear part and a multiple V-groove 3b having a lead on its front part and the york 3a is alternately magnetized by N and S poles after molding the holding cylinder. The holding cylinder 3 is arranged in a fixing cylinder 9 and a plastic-made ball 4 is rotatably engaged with the V-groove 3b by a retainer 5. A coil 8 is connected between the york 3a and the fixing cylinder 9 and the stepping motor is constituted of the coil 8 and the york 3a to be used as a rotor. When current is supplied to the coil 8 of the stepping motor, the york 3a is rotated by specified steps and the holding cylinder 3 formed unitedly with the york 3a is moved in the optical axis direction while rotating along the B-groove 3b, so that required focus adjustment can be attained. |
