PURPOSE:To improve intake efficiency by moderating a mixture supply quantity and controlling output by means of controlling an opening and closing timing and time of an intake valve. CONSTITUTION:The position of a fulcrum 3 of a locker arm 5 driving an intake valve 1 is formed of being changed according to load. In the time of normal operations, the fulcrum 3 and the locker arm 5 are placed at a lowered position, and in the time of low load a fulcrum 6 and a locker arm 2 are shifted upward. Accordingly, an opening time and opening of the intake valve 1 is reduced in the time of low load, and output is lowered. An intake throttle valve is not needed, and intake efficiency can be heightened therefrom.
