According to the invention, the closure piston 18 of the chamber, on the one hand, and the lower filtration bottom 24, on the other hand, are provided with vertical displacement paths having axes which are colinear with one another and colinear with the axis of the chamber, the closure piston 18 and the filtration bottom 24 being driven in at least some of their movements, corresponding to the retraction of the piston towards the top, to clear the upper opening of the chamber, and to the raising of the bottom in the said chamber for ejecting the filtration cake, by means of a single-displacement actuation member 14 common to the piston and to the bottom.
