PURPOSE:To simplify the design of the titled circuit and to ensure sufficient operation under a low voltage by providing a sample holding part consisting of a switching transistor and a capacitor, and connecting an amplifier circuit whose DC level is constant and whose gain is approximately 1 to at least either the input-side or the output-side of the sample holding part. CONSTITUTION:The switching transistor 11 and the holding capacitor 12 are connected as the sample holding part. The gate of the transistor 11, a sampling pulse to control the timing of a sample is supplied, and the side of the capacitor 12 that is not connected with the transistor 11 is grounded. To the input-side and the output-side of such a sample holding part, barton circuits 13, 14 are connected. The circuits 13, 14 consist respectively of arithmetic amplifiers 15, 16 which are feedbacked and of buffer circuits 17, 18 connected to the output- side of the amplifiers 15, 16.
