The invention is characterised by an elongated floating body, by several parking planes provided on this floating body and arranged one above the other, by an approach and exit ramp, connecting the parking planes to one another, at one end of the floating body, and by an entrance and exit at each parking plane at the other end of the floating body, these entrances and exits of all parking planes lying vertically one above the other, and also by a ramp forming the entrance to and the exit from the parking deck. One end of this ramp is intended for supporting on an embankment and its other end is fastened to a support which can be moved vertically up and down between the individual entrances and exits of the parking planes.
