A cauterisation device possesses a part which can be inserted into a channel of an endoscope and in which liquid is conveyed by a liquid supply system to nozzles fitted at the front of the insertable part. For equalization of pressure fluctuations and for reducing the intermittent loading the liquid supply system contains a device which changes its volume under pressure.
