PURPOSE:To aim at enhancing the comfortability of air-condition, by starting the drive of a blower at once with no delay if an air-conditioning switch is not turned on within a predetermined time after a blower switch is turned on. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a first determining means 100 for determining whether either a blower switch 23 or an air-conditioning switch 24 is at first turned on or not, and a second determining means 200 for determining whether the air-conditioning switch 24 is turned on or not within a predetermined time after the blower switch 23 is turned on. Further there is provided a delay means 500 for delaying the drive of the blower 2 by a predetermined time if air-conditioning switch 24 is turned on before the blower switch 23 is turned on, or if the air-conditioning switch 24 is turned on within a predetermined time, after the blower switch 23 is turned on. As a result it is possible to prevent malodour from blowing into the passenger's compartment, and to enhance the comfortability of air-condition. |
