PURPOSE:To remove the irregularity of measured data by reducing timewise loss, by dividing an entire test period into a predetermined number of sections, and recording and renewing the max. value of measured data at every opening/ closing operation for the entire test period. CONSTITUTION:An entire test period is divided into 10 sections S at every 10<6>-time punching, and a dynamic test Dt, static test St and a bat test Bt are performed in predetermined timing. The dynamic test Dt is continuously carried out over the entire test period of 10<7>-time punching. in the test Dt, the measured data of contact resistance and a bounce time are not recorded as raw data as they are but only the max. value is renewed and recorded. The test St is performed 11 times inclusive of a start time and raw data are recorded. The test Bt totals inferiority, for example, in a unit of 10,000 time and is performed when the number of inferior times are equal to or more than a set value. As mentioned above, because the measured data of inferior contacts are totalized by the bat test, the perfect automation of the test becomes possible and the qualitative irregularity of measured data can be removed.
