PURPOSE:To adhere a strain gauge while uniform pressure is applied to said gauge, by adhering the strain gauge to the inner peripheral surface of the hole formed in the central part of a bolt and bonding the same under pressure by a tube filled with a pressurized fluid. CONSTITUTION:A center hole 11 is preformed to the head part side of a bolt 10 by drill work and a strain gauge 12 is adhered and mounted to the inner peripheral surface of the center hole 11 of the bolt 10 by an adhesive. Thereafter, a hollow tube 13, for example, comprising silicone is inserted in the hole and compressed air is introduced into the tube 13 through a connecting jig 16 and an air tube 17. By this method, the inner pressure of the tube 13 becomes high and the strain gauge 12 is bonded to the inner peripheral surface of the center hole 11 under pressure.
