The ratio of the adherent surface, namely the total adhesive contact surface, to the application surface, namely the surface to which the self-adhesive product is applied, is less than 1. The adhesive composition deposited on the material (8) is such that the total surface on which the adhesive material is deposited is less than the surface of the material.
