PURPOSE:To make it possible to connect at a specific position at high accuracy and improve efficiency of work by pressing fiber strands simultaneously by a pressing member provided with a passage for bonding agent inside, and bonding and fixing in V grooves. CONSTITUTION:Plural V grooves 2 are provided on the upper face of a base stand 1. Fiber strands 3 are pressed simultaneously to inside of the V grooves 2 by a pressing member 4 having a passage of bonding agent 5, and at the same time, bonding agent is poured on both sides of fiber strands through the passage 5 of bonding agent, and fiber strands 3 are bonded and fixed in the V grooves. The width W of the pressing member 4 is made as narrow as 1-2mm, and the position of pressing is made as close to the end of the base stand as possible. Further, outlets of the passage of bonding agent 5 are provided on both sides of fiber strands 3. The position of fiber strands is observed by a microscope connected to a television camera etc. from the end face side of the base stand with fiber strands 3 pressed simultaneously in V grooves 2. Thus, the strands are fixed and held surely to a specified position at high accuracy, and efficiency of work is improved. |
