PURPOSE:To bypass abnormal pressure speedily by forming a reducing value while maintaining its mechanism and function as they are, and incorporating a bypass valve which vents the abnormal pressure speedily when the abnormal pressure is produced at the secondary side. CONSTITUTION:The pressure reducing/bypass valve V is formed by coupling the reducing valve 20 which performs opening/closing control over a communication between the primary side X and secondary side Y with a pressure sending plate 5 which operates by sending secondary pressure, and holding the secondary-side pressure at set pressure and also venting abnormal pressure through the bypass valve 6. Such a reducing valve 20 is coupled with the pressure sending plate 5 through a valve rod 3 equipped with a piston 30, a rod 4 penetrates the axis of the valve rod 3 vertically in a slidable state, and the bypass valve 50 is coupled with the rod 4. A spring 70 which pushes out the rod 4 toward a position control stopper S is coupled with the bypass valve 60 and a valve opening 61 for the bypass valve is provided to the bottom part of a valve box 1. Consequently, abnormal pressure is bypassed without making the mechanism complex.
