PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency and to prevent the flawing of a product by disposing a receiving jig which can adjust the receiving height of the product and handling device to a trimming device. CONSTITUTION:A lower die mounting plate 6 mounted with a lower die 5 is slid and moved to the front of a guide member 9 and is projected up to the prescribed position A in front of a frame 1. A casting (a) taken out by a taking- out machine is transferred to the lower die 5. The casting (a) is pushed into the lower die 5 by the operation of a cylinder 18 for pushing the product. The lower die mounting plate 6 is moved to the position B below an upper die 4 and a cylinder 2 for trimming is actuated to move the upper die 4 downward, by which trimming is executed. The receiving jig 15 rises up to the upper limit position simultaneously with the trimming to fit the product (a) to a fitting part 15a, then the receiving jig descends. The receiving jig 15 is transferred to the position of the handling device 13 upon ending of the trimming and the product (e) is transferred to the prescribed position of a product post treating installation 20. The production efficiency is improved by the device constituted in the above-mentioned manner. |
