PURPOSE:To confirm the action of plural lower order equipment once by branching received data to plural channels and converting the data corresponding to a prescribed interface in respective channels. CONSTITUTION:A branching synthesizing circuit 101 divides the data and a control signal to respective channels, synthesizes the control signal to obtain the synchronization of respective channels and interface converting circuits 102-117 execute the controlling for a channel and converts the data to give the compatibility with an RS23C interface. An operating control part 118 selects the channel concerning the fact which channel is operated, selects a transmitting/ receiving protocol and a modulating speed and displays a status signal from respective channels.
