PURPOSE:To return a horizontal stable table into a horizontal state speedily and to maintain the transmission/reception direction of a directional antenna with high accuracy by installing the directional antenna on the horizontal stable table, and detecting the quantity of inclination of the horizontal stable table due to disturbance from a moving and controlling the movement of the position of the center of gravity on the basis of the detected quantity of inclination. CONSTITUTION:The directional antenna 12 is supported on the horizontal stable table 14 whose fluctuations are suppressed by the gyro effect of a flywheel 18 and the inclination of the horizontal stable table 14 which slants by fluctuations of the moving body such as a ship where the directional antenna 12 is mounted is detected by inclination detecting means 74 and 76 to move the gravity center position of the horizontal stable table including the directional antenna 12 forcibly, thereby compensating the inclination of the horizontal stable table 14. Consequently, even if the directional antenna 12 is disturbed by fluctuations of the moving body, etc., the antenna can be directed accurately to a communication satellite all the time. Thus, a high-accuracy communication is made through this antenna system.
