PURPOSE:To hold a resonance frequency constant against variation in the thickness-directional size of a laminate substrate by using the same material for an insulator at the laminate inductor part of the laminate substrate and an insulator at the capacitor part. CONSTITUTION:Conductors on the top and reverse surfaces of an insulator 1 are connected in a solenoid shape to form a laminate inductor 2. A laminate capacitor 5, on the other hand, is formed of electrodes 3 and 4 which face each other across the insulator 1. The laminate inductor 2 and laminate capacitor 5 are connected in parallel to constitute a parallel resonance circuit. Consequently, if the laminate substrate varies in the thickness-directional size with temperature, etc., the inductance of the laminate inductor 2 is proportional to the thickness-directional size of the laminate substrate and the capacitance of the laminate capacitor 5 is inversely proportional. Further, the laminate inductor part and laminate capacitor part are made of the same insulator and the resonance frequency of the circuit is held constant.
