PURPOSE:To dissipate heat generation on drive even from a through-hole, and to prevent the deterioration of performance by forming a through-hole in the direction vertical to the plane of a piezoelectric body to a laminating type piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole 4 in the direction vertical to the plane of a piezoelectric body 1 is shaped to a laminating type piezoelectric element. One through-hole may be formed at the center or a plurality of small through-holes 4' may be shaped as the through-hole 4. The through-hole 4 has a function which dissipates heat from the center when the laminating type piezoelectric element is driven and heat is generated while the de-binding process of the laminating type piezoelectric element is also conducted from the through-hole 4 at the time of heating in a de-binding process on manufacture, thus preventing trouble such as cracks. |
