PURPOSE:To provide a pump which is easy to manufacture and high in reliability, by a method wherein a magnetic flux is changed through motion of a locker arm to reciprocate a plunger made of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:With a locker arm 7 rocked around a pin 25, a yoke 3 is axially reciprocated over the outer periphery of a sleeve 5, and along with the reciprocation of the yoke, a plunger 8 made of a permanent magnet is also axially reciprocated. With the yoke 3 moved downward, the plunger 8 is also moved downward as it compresses a plunger spring 26, and fluid in a pumping chamber (d) flows to a passage 8' through a check valve (a). With the yoke 3 moved upward, the plunger 8 is moved upward through the repulsion force of a plunger spring 26, and delivers fluid and sucks the fluid in the pumping chamber (d).
