PURPOSE:To digitize with fidelity a minute peak of an analog signal by detecting a peak based on the inversion of the increasing and decreasing tendency of a change in an integration value at each prescribed time of an analog signal waveform so as to change a logic value of the digital signal. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd integration means 2, 3 integrate alternately a timewise changing analog signal at each prescribed time. Then the absolute value of the difference of the integration value outputted from the 1st and 2nd integration means 2, 3 is calculated by an operation means 10. Then a coding means 11 uses the operation means 10 to change the logic value when the increasing/decreasing tendency of the absolute value of the difference calculated by the operation means 10 is inverted. Further, every time the logic output from the coding means 11 changes to a prescribed logic value, the output means inverts the logic value.
