CONSTITUTION:After a metallic medium is formed on a substrate, a thin film consisting of at least one kind of substance selected from oxides and nitrides is coated as the first layer, then a thin film of at least one kind of metal selected from Al, Cr, Ti, Ta, and Nb is coated as the second layer, a BN film is coated as the third layer, and finally at least one kind of salt of a fatty acid and a metal selected from Li, Na, K, Mg, and Ca having >=80 deg.C m.p. is coated. THe metallic films between the metallic medium and the oxide and the nitride are coated to secure the adhesion, and the film thickness is sufficiently controlled to 50-200Angstrom . The oxide of the first layer consists of SiC2, TiO2, etc., and the film thickness is adjusted to 200-800Angstrom . All the films have excellent compactness and insulating property.
