PURPOSE:To minimize the ohmic loss of the fluid in the total loss in the circular passage and to obtain a proper characteristic of the quantity of flow - discharge pressure. CONSTITUTION:Between double pipes 11 and 12 a circular passage 13 is formed. Stators 14 and 15 are respectively arranged on the inside and outside circumferential sides of this circular passage 13. In addition, a pipe-shaped core 16 composed of the magnetic substance is inserted into the circular passage 13 between the pipes 11 and 12, by which the circular passage 13 is divided into the inside circumferential side passage 13a on the inside and the outside circumferential side passage 13b on the outside. The thickness of the passages 13a and 13b is about half the total circular passage 13 each. As the core 16 is made up of a magnetic substance, a magnetic circuit is formed between the inside and outside circumferential side passages 13a and 13b, and the magnetic fields are formed respectively nearly orthogonal to the fluid flowing through passages 13a and 13b.
