PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in a transfer efficiency of a transmission data and in the entire efficiency of a system by providing a serial buffer circuit inputting a conversion sending data and a reconversion sending data and outputting a line sending data. CONSTITUTION:The line sending data 9 from a communication control LSI 1 is inputted to a state comparison circuit 6 as a line state supervisory input signal 16 and the state comparison circuit 6 compares a comparison sending data 13 with the line state supervisory input signal 16. If the both are dissident, a dissidence display signal 15 and a dissidence detection internal signal 14 are outputted to inform the dissidence, and a retransmission control circuit 5 sends a transmission control signal 12 to a sending data storage circuit 4, outputs a reconverting sending data 11 to a serial buffer circuit 3 to send is as the line sending data 9 again. Since the storage function of transmission data, the comparison function and the resending function at the dissidence are included in the communication control LSI 1, the inefficient use of the communication control LSI is avoided.
