<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a good steering property both in a low speed and high speed, by furnishing a double action idler between the front axle and the rear axle, linking front and rear power steerings through the idler, and furnishing locks for a low and a high speeds. CONSTITUTION:Between the front axle 82 and the rear axle 92, is furnished a double action idler 13, which consists of a swaying crank 35 with the foot pivotted at a steer pin 37 furnished at a chassis 81, and a swaying lever 36 pivotted at a countersteer pin 40 furnished at the top of the crank 35. A front power steering 11 and an end of the swaying lever 36 are connected by a relay cable 14, while a rear power steering 12 and the other end of the swaying lever 36 are connected by a relay cable 15. Furthermore, a low speed running locking device 16 to lock the swaying lever 36 to the swaying crank 35, and a high speed locking device 17 to lock the swaying crank 35 to the chassis 81 side are furnished.</p> |
