PURPOSE:To simultaneously execute decision based upon a system state and an instruction in parallel by forming an instruction and a tag in an instruction word and referring a table on the basis of the tag to control the execution processing of the instruction. CONSTITUTION:An instruction word is inputted from an input part 1 and analyzed to an instruction part 41 and a tag part 31 by an instruction word analyzing part 2 and the instruction part 41 is transmitted to an instruction executing part 3. The executing part 3 executes the instruction part 41. On the other hand, the instruction word analyzing part 2 transmits the tag part 31 to a tag analyzing part 4 in parallel with the transmission of the instruction part 41. The tag analyzing part 4 compares the execution enable status of a system corresponding to the tap part 31 with a system status signal on the basis of a tag corresponding table 5, and when both the signals coincide with each other, transmits a command signal 7 indicating the processing proper to the system execution enable state is transmitted to the instruction executing part 3. Consequently, the instruction executing part 3 executes processing proper to the system status.
