New di:benzazepine n-carboximidate(s) and -thio:carboximidate(s) - with new N-cyano and N-carbamoyl and -thiocarbamoyl di:benzazepine(s)

摘要

(A) Substd. dibenzazepine cpds. of the formulae (I) and (IV) and acid-addition salts of (I) are new, X=O or S; R=1-12C alkyl, 3-12C alkenyl, 3-12C alkynyl or 3-8C cycloalkyl, with no unsaturation in the alpha-position to X. (B) 5,7-Dihydro-6H-dibenz (c,e)azepine -6-carbonitrile is also new. Specifically claimed are also 15 cpds. of (I), including ethyl 5,7-dihydro-6H -dibenz(c,e)azepine -6-carboximidate and its hydrochloride; dodecyl 5,7-dihydro-6H -dbenz(c,e)azepine -6-thiocarboximidate; 2-propynyl 5,7-dihydro-6H -dibenz(c,e)azepine -6-carboximidate; cyclopentyl 5,7-dihydro-6H -dibenz(c,e)azepine -6-carboximidate.
