PRODUCTION OF CAPSULE AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To recover capsules preventing the damage of the capsule in the form dispersed in a desired liquid, by carrying out liquid-liquid gelation reaction to form a reaction mixture liquid containing capsules and replacing the reaction mixture liquid with the desired liquid to be used as a core liquid of the capsule. CONSTITUTION:A core liquid forming the core part of a capsule is poured into a dripping tank 1 through an inlet 5 and a solution to be reacted and gelled with the core liquid is charged into a reaction tank 2. The core liquid is dripped through nozzles 3 into the reaction liquid in the reaction chamber 2. When the encapsulation is finished, a desired liquid is introduced into the tank by opening a valve 15 of a liquid introducing pipe 12. The liquid above a definite level in the reaction tank is overflowed through a mesh 11. When the reaction mixture liquid is essentially replaced with the introduced liquid, the valve 15 is closed and a valve 16 is opened to recover the capsule together with the liquid.
