PURPOSE:To set the amplitude, period and duty ratio of a triangular wave with high accuracy and comparatively simple circuit constitution by constituting a comparator by two operational amplifiers and controlling a constant current source by an integration value of the comparison output. CONSTITUTION:An integration device 4 outputs a triangular wave signal in response to an output current of constant current sources 1, 2. Each output signal of operational amplifiers 6, 7 is supplied to a FF 10 as set/reset signals based on the said triangular wave signal, an output of the FF 10 is fed to a synchronizing detector 11 as a reference signal and its detection signal is fed to the current sources 1, 2 via an integration device 13. then the amplitude and duty ratio of the triangular wave output signal are set with high accuracy depending on the upper limit/lower limit setting of the amplifiers 6, 7. Moreover, the output of the constant current sources 1, 2 is controlled in response to the integration value of the synchronizing detection signal and the triangular wave output signal is phase-locked to the reference signal. |
