PURPOSE:To obtain the titled drink, etc., having smooth flavor, and improved stability, usable by dilution without causing flocculation, by treating an egg with an alkaline substance in blending an egg with cow's milk, dairy product, etc., to give a drink having a high concentration and high sugar content, etc. CONSTITUTION:An alkaline substance, e.g. sodium tripolyphosphate, etc., is added to a raw egg, egg yolk or redissolved dried egg, etc., to carry out treatment while heating and cow's milk or dairy product or both and normally sugar, reducing maltose, propylene glycol, etc., are blended therewith to afford the aimed drink having >=30% total concentration of the dairy product and >=50 sugar content, etc. the alkali treatment may be carried out after preparing the drink blend.
