PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having improved stability against heat and oxygen, consisting of an arom. vinyl compd./conjugated diene block copolymer and a specified antioxidant. CONSTITUTION:4-90wt% phosphate of formula I (wherein R1, R2 and R3 are each an aryl) is mixed with 90-4wt% triazine derivative of formula II (wherein X1, X2 and X3 are each N, O or S; and R4, R5 and R6 are each an alkyl or a phenol substituent) and 0-60wt% phenol compd. of formula III (wherein R7, R8 and R9 are each an alkyl or a phenol substituent) to obtain an antioxidant (B). 100pts.wt. arom. vinyl compd./conjugated block copolymer (A) (e.g., a styrene/isoprene block copolymer) is blended with 0.3-5pts.wt. component B.
