摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency and the torque of a motor by burying a stator magnet between the teeth of poles to repel from a rotor core. CONSTITUTION:The rotational shaft 21 of a composite stepper motor 20 is supported through a bearing 22 to a frame 23, and a magnet 24 is engaged to form a rotor together with rotor cores 25, 36. The suitable number of teeth 27, 28 are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the cores 25, 26, a stator core 30 is so arranged as to surround the rotor, and stator coils 39 are wound on the poles 31-38. In this case, teeth 40 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the core 30, and stator magnets 44a-44b are buried in a space between the teeth. The polarities of the magnets 44a-44b are the same as those of the rotor cores 25, 26 opposed thereto. Thus, the formation of a magnetic path from the ends of the teeth 27, 28 of the cores 25, 26 reaching the bottom land of the teeth of the core 30 which does not contribute to the torque of the motor is eliminated.
