PURPOSE:To obtain the method of manufacturing a corrosion-resistant aerosol container, which perfectly prevents a container main body from being corroded by contents, by a method wherein a preform is stretched by th blowing air supplied through an air supply pipe and, after that, the flange of amounting cap to which valve is installed is put over the curled part f the container main body and finally screwed tight. CONSTITUTION:Blowing air is supplied so as to stretch a preform 1 in order to bring it into close contact with the inner surface of a container main body 2. After coming into close contact with the inner surface of the container main body by stretching, the preform 1 solidified by natural cooling. Next, after an air supply pipe 3 is pulled out of the interior of the preform 1, vertical ribs 1b completely varnish by being melted with a mold and consequently the flange part 1a of the preform 1 is surely bonded to the outer periphery of the curled part 2b of the container main body 2 by means of a heat sealing material 5. After that, the flange 4a of a mounting cap 4 is put over the curled part 2b and then fixed by screwing tight so as to pinch the flange part 1a of the preform 1. Finally, contents and propellant are integrally filled in the container main body 2. |
