PURPOSE:To enable a winding machine to be operated with no necessity for large power, by connecting a turning end side of a turning arm which turns being erected and laid for a grain hopper, with a chain of the winding machine and providing a member, detachably engaged with said chain, in the front end part of the grain hopper. CONSTITUTION:Initially when a turning arm (a) forms a large tumbling angle, a chain 40 pulls up the bottom part of a grain hopper 2 tilting it to be turned. And as the turning arm (a) comes to be vertically placed, a tractive point P of the chain 40 moves to be transferred to a connection engaging point with a turning end part of the turning arm (a). Hereafter, the chain 40 acts separating from an engaging member Z, and a winding machine W, which turns the turning arm (a) to be erected, turns the grain hopper to be tilted. In this way, the grain hopper 2 can be turned large tilting with no necessity for large power.
