PURPOSE:To reduce the deflection generation on a bead part by forming locally via liquid pressure as well as by constraining a blank plate by pressing it with a die from both faces, then by repeating this operation. CONSTITUTION:The recess part for forming bead is provided on the upper die 12 and a packing 16 and press oil feeding port 17 are respectively arranged on the lower die 14. A blank plate 22 is inserted between the upper and lower dies 12, 14 of a press 10, is constrained by pressing with the use of the upper die 12 and the plate 22 is pressed to the recessed part 15 with the feeding and pressing the pressure liquid between the upper die 14 and plate 22 by operating a switching valve 19 further. In this way a bead 13 is formed and the upper die 12 is ascended after the press liquid recovery as well, and the forming is repeated by feeding in the plate 22 in order. Due to the forming being performed via the liquid pressure the deflection generation on the bead part is reduced and the product quality is improved.
