PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for collecting supervisory information by sequentially applying an address corresponding to the sequence of positive integers starting from 1 to plural monitored stations and detecting the supervisory information transmitted from the plural monitored stations which are transmitted through the same transmission path in the respective monitored stations. CONSTITUTION:To the plural monitor stations, the address corresponding to the sequence of the positive integers starting from 1 is previously applied. In a subtraction circuit 5, at every input of a monitor transmission completion signal, 1 is subtracted from the address value of its own station. When 1 is obtained as a subtraction value in the subtraction circuit 5, it is decided to be a timing for transmitting a monitor information signal from its own station in the subtraction circuit 5, a prescribed transmission start signal is outputted and fed to a parallel/serial converting circuit 4. The subtraction processing in the subtraction circuit 5 is individually carried out in all the monitored stations. Accordingly, in the respective monitored stations, the supervisory information signal can be transmitted orderly according to a prescribed order without a transmission permitting command from the monitor station.
