摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure positioning of an object at a specified time by providing an orifice in an inner tube in order to take liquid into a variable liquid chamber from a cylinder chamber, and increasing and decreasing volume of the variable liquid chamber watertight and airtight according to bellows change of a flexible membrane. CONSTITUTION:When an object collides with a piston rod 3, liquid on the proceeding direction side, is ejected into a passage 61 through an orifice 51, while receiving the resistance of the staying in a cylinder chamber 21 by a piston 35. Meanwhile, the liquid in the passage 61 is taken into the cylinder chamber 21 through an orifice located behind the passing piston 35, but the volumetric amount of the piston rod 3 invading the cylinder chamber 21 is rendered an increase in the internal pressure of a liquid chamber. Therefore, a membrane 9 is urged in order to lower a piston 45 for air to increase the volume of a variable liquid chamber 8, so that specified buffer action is maintained. Now, return force against the piston rod 3 is zero, and the object has no elastic motion in the reverse direction. In order to the object to the previous standby position, air is taken into an air chamber 4 by force-feeding.
