PURPOSE:To remove offensive order or harmful components generated by the evapolating treatment of waste liquid, to execute distillation work under a fixed condition and to improve the efficiency of distillation by heating and distilling photographic treatment waste liquid supplied into a distilling means, treating its condensated water, treating also a non-condensated component, and discharging the treated components to the outside. CONSTITUTION:The photographic treatment waste liquid is supplied to an evapolating means 200 in a treating room 210 by a waste liquid supplying means 100 through a guide pipe 101 and stored in a container 220. The waste liquid is evapolated by a heating means 240 and a belt 231 of a dip-up means 230 is dipped into the waste liquid, moved to the treating room 210 to accelerate its evapolation. Generated steam is sent to a heat exchange means 300 and cooled with air by a fan 310 to condensate the steam. The condensated water is filtered by a filtering means 400 and offensive order of harmful components are removed from the filtered water through a discharging means 500 filled with an adsorbing means 400. On the other hand, air exhausted from the heat exchange means 300 is reheated by a heater 610 and supplied to the treating room 210 by a fan 620.
