PURPOSE:To prevent a moire or stripes or the like by selecting and outputting one delay signal according to a mode instructed from the plural delay signals having different delay time delayed by the preset time. CONSTITUTION:A delay signal generating circuit 16 is set so as to generate two signals of a signal (a) of an equal timing to a horizontal synchronizing signal 13 and a signal (b) having the quantity of delay of three pulses of a master clock 12 and every time when the horizontal synchronizing signal 13 is inputted to a select signal output device 19, the signal (a) and the signal (b) are set so as to be alternately selected and a select signal 20 is set so as to be outputted to an analog switch 17. The select signal 20 from the select signal output device 19 changes over the analog switch 17 every one line of a horizontal line to output alternately the signal (a) and the signal (b) from the delay signal generating circuit 16. Thereby, the vertical correlation is weakened and a weak correlation is newly appears diagoally and the strong correlation as a whole is extinguished. When a dot picture is reproduced by a laser beam printer, the moire is generated in the level having substantially no problem practically.
